By submitting an intake form, booking a call, or engaging QryptoNox Private Limited ("QryptoNox," "we," "us") for a risk assessment or related service, you agree to these Terms of Service. For paid engagements, these terms apply alongside any separately signed engagement letter or statement of work; where the two conflict, the signed engagement letter governs.
QryptoNox provides quantum and cryptographic risk assessment services, including discovery of cryptographic assets (via questionnaire, live scanning, code analysis, or import of existing tooling output where applicable), financial risk quantification via our patent-pending FRQE methodology, and a written report mapping findings to Indian regulatory frameworks.
Our reports provide a modelled assessment of cryptographic and quantum-related risk, expressed in rupee terms, based on the information and access provided to us at the time of assessment. Our reports:
You are responsible for providing accurate information during intake and for any access you choose to grant us (for example, permission to scan a domain or review code). Where an engagement requires access to your systems beyond public/external scanning, this will be separately scoped and agreed with you in writing.
Pricing is scoped per engagement, as described on our Pricing page, and confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms are agreed on a per-engagement basis.
The FRQE methodology and associated materials are proprietary to their respective rights holders. A patent application has been filed in India under Application No. 202641047767; any reference to “patent pending” is a statement about the filed application, not a claim that a patent has been granted. Customer rights to reports, deliverables, background IP and any custom work are governed by the applicable signed engagement documents.
We treat information you share with us as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of delivering your engagement, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
QryptoNox's assessments are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis using the methodology and data available at the time. To the extent permitted by law, QryptoNox's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or breach of confidentiality obligations.
We aim to resolve disputes directly and informally first. Unless a signed enterprise agreement states otherwise, disputes arising from these website terms will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Enterprise contracts may contain separately negotiated dispute-resolution provisions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
